Besides reading the Driver's Manual, I also used these study sites to do some self-testing as I prepared for my Class 4 Unrestricted Commercial Driver's License Knowledge Test. These online tests have a mix of questions and I found these to be very helpful.
As you study, don’t disregard questions that “don’t seem to apply.” The actual knowledge test for your Class 4 Unrestricted Commercial Driver's License at ICBC doesn’t just cover the obvious things like intersections/parking/turning, they also throw in some questions that school bus driver's would need to know, trucks with air-brakes, when to submit log book entries to your carrier, how to increase your fuel efficiency, shifting gears etc.
So if you are like me and “not a natural” when it comes to questions about vehicles and rules of the road, you are going to want to study.
Make sure you don't get focused on questions that only apply only to the vehicle you will normally drive.

This is a great site to visit to refresh your memory on road signs (you might be surprised by how many you have forgotten!)
This test is not specific to the Class 4 Unrestricted Commercial Driver's License, but it is helpful to refresh your memory on general driving rules
I found this site to be extremely helpful. It runs you through a range questions, including ones you might not have thought of to study!
These tests are offered for free by the Complete School of Truck Transportation out of Sidney, BC. Very helpful and allows you to pick how many questions you want to answer at a time.
This test also gives you options for different numbers of questions. This driving school has different locations, located in the Lower Mainland of BC
Another good option!
Again, make sure you study up. I do find that some people are too casual about preparing for the Knowledge Test because they think the answers will be obvious (it is multiple choice, after all); many answers were not obvious to me.
